Antplify – Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Antplify platform ("Platform"), including our web app, APIs, integrations (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, Meta, HubSpot), and related services, you ("Client", "User", or "You") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of any modifications to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of such modifications.

Antplify is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed for music artists, managers, and labels to analyze audience data, synchronize analytics across platforms, and automate marketing workflows.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Analytics Hub: Aggregated dashboards for YouTube, Spotify, Meta, TikTok, and other integrations
• AI Campaign Manager: Ad campaign creation, targeting, and optimization
• VibeOS Add-On: Marketing funnel and automation toolkit
• Data Sync + Integrations: Connections to DSPs, social platforms, and CRMs

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal authority to bind yourself or your organization
• Use Antplify in compliance with all applicable laws, platform policies, and these Terms
• Not be in violation of any third-party platform's Terms of Service

To use Antplify, you must register an account with a valid email address and password or authenticate via third-party OAuth (e.g., Google/YouTube).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate and updated information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

By connecting external platforms (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, Meta, TikTok), you grant Antplify permission to access and store analytics and advertising data via official APIs, refresh OAuth tokens automatically, and process the data to generate insights and recommendations.

Antplify operates under a tiered subscription model. Billing is managed via Stripe. All fees are in USD and billed monthly or annually. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
